Forgiveness Why Forgiveness? Is it really necessary? Do we really need to forgive anyone who wronged us? What if we are not ready to forgive? To answer these questions - Yes, we really need to forgive. When you forgive means you are healed from the hurt or pain of the past. If you are not ready to forgive, take your time but don't keep the hurt inside of you; start healing. Think about a person or situation that has hurt you. Now think, do you want to keep this pain? If yes, go ahead.
If NO then start forgiving. Forgive yourself first. Then start forgiving the other person. Once you start forgiving you will start feeling lighter and better because you no longer carry the baggage of others. You are setting yourself free. You are freeing your heart from pain and hurt and filling it with compassion. You can use Hoʻoponopono prayer. You can say this prayer till you completely feel free. “I AM SORRY” “PLEASE FORGIVE ME” “THANKYOU” “I LOVE YOU”
