Reiki Level 1
In this level you will be attuned by the Reiki Teacher who will open and cleanse your chakras to practice Reiki on yourself and others with touch therapy. Learning level 1 will be the first step towards your spiritual growth. Reiki helps you with your direction in your life by increasing your intuition and relationship with self.
What will you learn in Reiki Level 1?
Reiki Level 1 is the introductory stage of the Reiki healing practice, which focuses on self-healing and personal growth. The primary objective is to open the energy channels in the individual's body, allowing them to connect with the universal life force energy.
