Why is Healing needed?

An individual goes through a similar pain or trauma but it may vary from person to person.


One needs to understand that if you have got hurt by loved one or recently you have broke up with your boyfriend or girlfriend then take time to heal this wound.


Don't jump into new relationship as it is a rebound connection and you will find yourself trapped in similar toxic pattern.


You need to give yourself time to heal yourself as wound is deep, your trust is shaken and most importantly you are totally scattered at the moment.


First heal your pain or trauma. Be kind to yourself. Take help if needed.


Talk to someone whom you can trust. Stop running away from your pain rather acknowledge it and take small baby steps to heal it.


Learn to be more compassionate and kind towards self. It's ok to cry and release the pain.


Learn to let go of the past and set yourself free from guilt and shame. Stop blaming yourself rather start creating healthy boundaries to keep yourself protected. Remember you are important.


Don't rush into the process to get over the past pain. Give yourself time and space. Once you feel that past no longer impacts you that's means you have healed your wounds.
